It arrived well packaged and we are very happy with overall delivery service. Out of the box, it required a minimal level of assembly before we actually started using it. I must say that, it makes abdominal exercise much more efficient and safer than a regular sit-up bench. It protects my lower back from potential injuries, which I have had previous experience of. It is advisable to fold your hands behind your neck for support to prevent strain when exercising. I connect two springs to the attachment instead of four, for more of a challenge. When you get stronger, remove all springs and lock backrest in a low angled position. You will now be able to do proper sit-ups, free of cranky springs. In summary, Abdominal Trainer is excellent both aesthetically and in terms of its flexibility of usage. Looking forward to use it regularly (Without allowing my laziness to conquer my good intentions) 🙂 Highly recommended !!

Great piece of exercise equipment. Easy to use. Easy to store. Can use anytime of day or night. Loving it. Just what I needed during lockdown. Its very well made and has several levels from easy to extreme. Even my son has had a go. Easily stored and comfortable to use. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'll keep on using. Great piece of kit; good quality, easy to store and seems to target the right places...I love the idea of using it throughout the day when I want a short break from doing things. There are instructions to do a bunch of exercises that i am not sure would suite me or how effective they would be (eg chest exercise) but for abs is great. I wasn't sure on the price and would have expected cheaper versions around but now I have it I am sure I will use for a long time.

This is definitely the one we need, have gained weight during lockdown, used this one for a week now , it is working great with us ,twice a day, So happy to see our weight is reducing. Because my husband and me both using it ,and we have quite different heights , so need to adjust the position every time ,once we know how to adjust , It is really easy to do it. Be Very delightful with this product. Recommend to who needs to do abdominal exercises at home like us .
